Strategy
A. A = 3 : The clue "3" in cell (row 5 column 1) eliminates "3" from column 1. The clue "3" in cell (row 9 column 3) eliminates "3" from column 3. The clue "3" in cell (row 2 column 4) eliminates "3" from row 2. Cell (row 1 column 2) is the only cell that can have "3" in Box 1.
B. B = 2 : The clue "2" in cell (row 9 column 4) eliminates "2" from column 4. The clue "2" in cell (row 6 column 5) eliminates "2" from column 5. The clue "2" in cell (row 3 column 2) eliminates "2" from row 3. Cell (row 2 column 6) is the only cell that can have "2" in Box 2.
C. C = 8 : The clue "8" in cell (row 5 column 7) eliminates "8" from column 7. The clue "8" in cell (row 8 column 9) eliminates "8" from column 9. The clue "8" in cell (row 1 column 6) eliminates "8" from row 1. Cell (row 3 column 8) is the only cell that can have "8" in Box 3.
D. D = 2 : The clue "2" in cell (row 6 column 5) eliminates "2" from row 6. The clue "2" in cell (row 4 column 9) eliminates "2" from row 4. The clue "2" in cell (row 3 column 2) eliminates "2" from column 2. Cell (row 5 column 3) is the only cell that can have "2" in Box 4.
